Default Need some help/Advice about selling my ws6

I was offered $14k last night to sell my car. I've thought about selling it a few times but never really did enough research to know my cars worth. I only put like 3k miles on it a year so its not like I actually need it.. I just like having it around as a fun car. My mods list is listed below. I know I dont get a return investment on mods, and I know some mods actually take away from the value. This is the main reason why I need your help. I really dont want to sell but with someone proactively offering me money its the easiest and fastest way to part with it. I just want to make sure Im getting what Im suppose to if I do sell. Any help is appreciated.

BTW, its a 2001 and I was the second owner. I purchased it in 2002 with 10k miles on it. Car has just over 36k miles to date. As with most 10 year old cars it has a few scratches, but nothing that cant be buffed out with a good detail.

Stand alone fuel system and digital progressive timer gives an option to spray more, but I never really saw a need to do it. Best 1/4 mile to date was a 10.72 @ 128 on the street setup. With slicks, front runners, and not babying the car it could see 10.4's.

After putting that kind of money into the car and with its low miles, I would never let it go for that price - unless I really needed the cash. I'd drive it as often as practically possible and get the value and enjoyment out of all those mods

Man, you've got a lot of stuff done to the car, seems really tastefully done. Judging by the mod list you made, you seem to have a good bit of money into it and it has relatively low miles. The car is definitely something special, and on that note, I would just keep it around since it isn't hurting anything

Thanks for the input. The truth is I wouldnt mind having a C6, but dont need 2 garage queens. At $14k I'll just keep it and annoy the neighbors on the weekend

No, I wouldnt either. If it was stock it would be a legit deal for 14K but you have way too many upgrades to let it go that cheap.

Since now there are new camaros out there it lowers the price a bit but I would think with that kind of original mileage I would want atleast 16-20k. If you left it on autotrader long enough you could get close to 20k I bet it might just take 6 months to a year and then you could get a decent 08+ z51 c6 with the ls3 for about 30-35k.

I'm looking for a car right now and if you listed that for sale for $14K, I'd be in Columbus tomorrow with cash. I agree with everyone that $18-$20 is realistic.

That's how I feel as well. However, these cars are very tough to sell right now for decent money. If you needed the cash, then yes, sell it.
