That's tough to price because of all the 'mix and match' situations going on. The low mileage replacement LS1 engine is a big plus but not if it was beat on. The 140k miles on the body is a lot and repairs will be needed along the way. Just no way around it. Not many people would be interested in buying this car so keep that in mind when negotiating. The ball is in your court so don't pay too much. $4,000 would be absolutely top $$ if the engine is OK. Paying more than that will trap you into a car that will cost too much over the long run, money that you can never recover if you need to sell. $4,000 might even be too high without really knowing more about the car and what it needs now, like brakes, etc.. Is that clutch OK?? So many questions and variables, like if a clean title and clear accident history. I really should not throw out a figure at all but I'm doing so just in case your friend is asking more than that. If he is, don't even go there. Decent LS1 cars with less than 100k miles can be had for a few thousand more. Keep that in mind. Hope this helps a bit.

Alrighty ill let em know.
Its nice tho. Never guess 140k and everything is suPreme. The interior is flawless minus a normal small rip on the driver bolster and the normal separation of the back seat. Both easy fixes.
Clutch brakes, everything is great. Everything is nice. Hes just looking for a four cylindar for gas purposes.
Clean title

I just bought a camaro so I know what they are going for, and around me I wouldn't take no less the $6,000 for it. Anything under that around me has something wrong with it, or they really!!! need money...
