What's the condition on the rest of the car. How many miles?

105K miles, rest of car is in good working condition. 1 small dent(could be pulled out) under front right turn signal and a small chip in paint on the wing.

whats location and whats blown? throw rod,head gaskets...???

Not sure what went, there's a whole about the size of a quarter in the block towards the back near the trans. Im outside Philadelphia, PA.

FWIW I bought a 2001 Z28 M6 1SC car last fall with 128k miles on it for $2800. Motor had a blown head gasket, broke the starter off the block as well. The rest of the car is in good shape. Came complete with everything and a set of TT2 rims.

Maybe this will give you an idea of where to start at.
