Default Worth buying 98 z28?

Hey there guys, just wanting to get some of your opinions on buying a 98 z28 with 85k on it mated up to an a4 for $7500. It's virtually unmolested with the only mods being a cat back and k&n air filter. Just want to get some in sight and some what to look for tips if I go look at it since I've been a mustang guy my entire life. Let me know if you think I should buy it and why!

Thanks !

I feel like that's a little steep. But then again these cars go for what people pay for them. Its hard to price them. Every location is different it seems like. Personally I wouldn't pay over 6k for it. But I haven't seen it personally. Post some pictures.

i paid 5400 for my 98z, m6, 88k miles, also unmolested other than a cold air intake. It was pretty clean with very few flaws. Only needed 2 tires which ran me 350~

Clean cars cost decent money usually. 98's are worth less than others but if its a clean car and it meets all your requirements go with it!

With cash on hand you can probably bring him a little lower.

Those stripes on the hood are horrid. I got my 99 T/A for 7500 with 96k on it. But that's a normal price for my area. I do have the m6 though.

Honestly, you could probably talk him down just because those stripes are so bad.

Offer him 6k and show him the money, bet it will suck him in.

I don't mind the stripes that much. Needs some work on the stance...... but so does mine.

depends on the seller, counting out cash in front of him is a hell of alot more motivating than a text message, however I bet it would take 7k to buy that car.
