Not sure what you are asking but if it's for a price, certainly not much, even if T/A's are rare on your island. Need a ton more details. Clean title? Wiring issues bring up a red flag like if in a flood. Sounds like a mistreated, rarely maintained car from your brief description (even if you say the body is 'good'). If you are able to pick it up for 'dirt cheap' then it depends what work you can do yourself to save $$, and what purpose you will be using the car. Will it be a DD??
If it isn't a price you want and you want to know what things to look for when buying a Trans Am then this is probably the wrong section for lots of input. When buying a 'used' car the same rules apply to any car. The usual headlight issues, slow windows, and cracked door panels are unique to the T/A but that sounds like the least of your problems at this point.
Certainly glad to help out price-wise if you can provide the needed details.

As for intermittently not starting, what other indications of a "wiring problem" are present other than just not starting. Could be as simple as a starter, ign. switch or a loose wire on the starter. Crank no start? No cranking at all?
As for other things to look at, check for leaks obviously. Turn the headlights on and off to see if the gears aren't stripped. Make sure you drive it, be sure the transmission shifts with assertion. Run a car fax.

You might want to look for a different TA to buy. Does the motor turn over? If it doesn't start you cant drive it, and that could be hiding alot more problems. How do the fluids look? Check the oil and antifreeze for mixing. Look at the small details of the car. It sound like it might be more trouble than its worth.
