2000 FRC corvette 137k miles

The car appears to be in good shape and he is asking $14,300. It is the LS1 M6, I am a little concerned with the price since KBB for it is only around $7,100.

Is this a fair price I do know they are worth more than KBB usually just not sure if worth twice as much?

Seems like a lot of money for that mileage. I know when I was pricing early Z06's with 20K to 30K miles they were in the lower $20's. for an extra $8K give me a 2002 Z06 with low miles. While the KBB value of $7K seems low, it's probably not too far from the truth. But $7K seems cheap for a serviceable 350 hp Vette. But $14K seems like too much. For $14K you could buy a 2000 WS6 with around 20K-30K miles. Night and day difference in quality imo. KBB seems to be reasonably accurate for Vettes, though I'm not sure what premium the lightweight FRC brings vs an ordinary one, especially with 137K miles. According to KBB $14,300 will buy you a regular 2000 Vette with 25K miles. Probably not possible, but that's what it says.
