99 camaro ss 142K rebuilt everything. Whats this car worth is it a good deal? http://tulsa.craigslist.org/cto/4897699145.html says hes firm at 6800.

By rebuilt "everything," does that mean that besides the engine and trans, the rear end, suspension, brakes, wheels/axles, AC-heat, and power steering have all been gone through and upgraded/rebuilt? Still a lot of miles if other mechanical systems are still original. One can probably by a decent original 60K miles '99 LS1 for $7K-$9K.
