What is a fair/good price for this car?

Same car as in my other post.

Known problems:

Been sitting for 4 years. Doesn't crank so I know it needs a new battery and maybe a new fuel pump. I know the car and know it WAS running until he quit driving it but the tank's got to be drained and all that, etc...

Got a small patch of missing paint on the lower rear bumper. The rubber around the top of the hatch glass needs fixing or replaced. The interior door panels are cracked on each side (which is apparently common). The top dash panel is cracked. And the window tint needs replacing. Tires look good but may be flat spotted.
