So night pictures are usually not the best more to come . The current miles are 103753 . I want to add Factory T-Tops , Edelbrock Ti-TECH coated, 1-3/4" stepped to 1-7/8", 3.5" welded-on 4-into-1 collector. I also have a Kore3 Braided line conversion for the front CTS-V front Brake Set up .The vehicle was tuned by a good friend of mine Doc from Discovery Channels Counting Cars ( I can call him up upon request )
I would say $7500 0.B0

Tasteful is an opinion not everyone will agree with. I'll leave it at that.
I wish you the very best with the sale and your future marriage but I think you are being a bit optimistic with that price. It's possible. I see absolutely no harm in trying. If no bites, you know it's too high, so you will have to adjust the price by $1,000 increments until it sells. Again, best of luck with everything. I wish you the same luck as my own, celebrating 40th anniversary this year.

Some photos show the black paint on the front end, driver's fender and door. And another photo shows an all red car up on rear jacks (difference in paint from passenger fender and door). Same car? From reading the post again it says the blackout panels are the current status. That could turn away a lot of potential interest unless they can paint.

Would appear that the sail panel was painted red from the original black. Original 6 speed car too?

The car was original Red , the black panels were replacements . I have replaced the original 6 speed with a stage 5 tick @ 85k .

I don't know what homes cost in your region, but in my area only the top 1% of 4th gens still retain enough value to be considered as reasonable sources from which a house down payment could be extracted.

I agree with NC01TA about $7500 being overly optimistic with that mileage and paint situation. That's probably a couple thousand too high, unless someone who paints for a living falls in love with the rest of the modifications and doesn't see the respray as a big deal. Finding such a buyer will likely prove difficult. It's obvious that you've put some decent money into the drivetrain build, so I understand why you're looking to get what you have in mind. I just think that many folks will look at the unpainted panels and mileage and just move on at that price. Just my opinion.

The sail panel would have been body color on a Trans Am/Formula. Only V8 Camaros got a black panel regardless of body color.

I keep getting that wrong as I've only had Camaro's since 2001. Someday I'll get it right.

As a point of reference, I recall a couple of Trans Am here 2yrs ago with 88-92K miles and fairly refreshed. Those sold for around $8K. One of them was a purple 1998/1999. That car had fresh tires, brakes, suspension, even paint as I recall. Very fresh car, really nice looking with 92K miles and could only get $8K. It might have been M6 too along with fresh rear end rebuild.

I think a more appropriate description would read "modified to my taste."

Good luck with the upcoming nuptials and the sale of your car.

Thanks RPM WS6 , FIREBRIAN , GIMMIELSX for the replys . I could of course paint / wrap . I know the recourse . I would just fall back in love and keep . So I'm willing to pass that savings over . Rpm the $ would be just a helper to a down payment .

At this point, you have more money in it than you will get out; putting any more into it would just be digging a deeper hole. Cut your losses, get what you can for it, and move on with your life. You can always find another toy to play with further down the road. Priorities, man!
