Just curious what you all think this is worth.
1968 Chevelle Malibu Sport. Originally red with red interior, 327 and TH350. Engine is a 2005 LQ4 with ~2500 miles on it run by a Holly HP EFI system, built 700R4 transmission, all new paint, interior, body bushings, brakes, etc.

That would have been a nice combination if restored back to that. I can see changing a brown/tan/green/bronze/yellow car to black. But, not often do you see red changed out.
Last year I was looking at a WIW for a 1968 Chevelle that was nowhere near as nice as this one and that was in the lower to mid-teens. One would think any nice looking, and well freshened 327/350 ci and up Chevelle would be worth $20K+ today. With all the variables of a paint change, drive line change, it gets to be very difficult to zero in on a price without knowing the close-up quality of the build.
