I was wondering what you guys think would be a good deal for a 2001 Camaro SS m6 with 15,xxx miles on it. Black leather interior, zr1 chrome wheels, add says 18" slp wheels, not sure if he has other wheels as well.

I have not had a chance to see the car, only have seen a couple low resolution photos, I will attach one of them.

You are going to get some people that are going to say 12-13k and that's just nuts.

I am sure some people got killer deals on their cars or knew a guy that knew a guy that bout a car for 8k or some **** like that.

I'd shoot for $15k if it's in good condition. If it's totally mint, you might not be able to get much under $17-18k or more depending on where you are, but it's worth a shot if you're not in a rush.

I'd say 16-18 if mint. I was going to sell mine after I bought my vette but I couldn't get the 16k I wanted because it is a branded title so I just said "I'm keeping it" and it get's used once every couple of months. I would think to the right buyer you'll get 16k now maybe as high as 18 since it does have low miles.

There's a new car dealer in Fayetteville NC with a red 98 SS 6 speed with 16k on it asking $13,480. Then there's another dealer with a 01 SS 6 speed with 26k on it for $19,980. They're worth what someone is willing to pay. A car lot will definitely be able to sell it for more because an emotional close with sign and drive financing is very easy. Buying from an individual with no recourse or the ability to go back and whine and get something for nothing is worth money.

slp wheels just means chrome zr1's, its an option i do believe.
