Default 245 Nittos and Vig.3200

I'm about to install the converter and i just want to know if 245/50/16 Nittos will be good enough to have very good 60 foot times? I don't want to put ET streets on because of possible rear end failure. So what do ya'll think?

if it's a really good track, maybe.

It can be done, but it will take alot of patients.

I run a Vig 3200 converter and 245/50-16 Nitto DRs.
My results in my sig... I think my 60ft times are pretty good considering I have 2.73 gears.

damn OctaneZ28! Those are some badass numbers. But with my 3.23's it's gonna hit pretty hard off the line. I hope my car can get at least a 12.7 in good weather conditions, does that sound resonable?

I dont think you will have to worry about hitting that high of 60 ft. times, learn how it launches and u will have some decent times

it will be easier to launch than you think. I just got a TCI 3500 w/2.5 str and it launches well. Stall it up a bit roll out and get into it. I have the same gears you do and its fine.

I have the same converter that BYOFICR has and i have 3.73's and i run 245/50 Nittos at 20 psi hot at the track. I just flashed the converter out of the hole and that was how i ran my fastest 60'.
Flashing the converter gave me the best results by over a 1/10. You will have to by trial and error to see what works for you so go the the track on non busy night. Times in sig. w/ a 1.7 60'.
Hope that helped some.
