Which tires to use with salad shooters?

I finally found a some chrome salad shooters for my z28. I think those rims are 16X8....Im not good with tires sizes. What size and type of tires will look good with those?
Also what products are out there thats good for cleaning chrome rims?
Thanks

Tires for what? street tires, drag radials, auto x? I just put some MT 295/50 r16's on my crome 16x8's and I think they look bad ass! Widest tire you can fit on an 8" wide rim

it's not recommended to go any wider than a 255/50/16

Those are bulging out like a MFer, at least you have a tall sidewall.

Either way, for daily driving. I'd recommend a 245/50/16. Its a pretty common/cheap size.

Just for driving around basically trying to make the car look stock. Okay so 245/50/16 is the way to go?

Just stick with a 245/50/16 on the stock wheels.

245/50/16 or 235/55/16. your choice

245/50/16 is your best bet if you want them to look right. lol

245/50-16 is the stock 4th gen 16" tire size.
