What is the factory offset on my Y2K thin spokes? I want to take them off and install them on my 2000 SS Camaro...will they fit at factory ride height, with the stock 275/40-18? Thanks...

17x8.5 +56, looks kinda small on a fbody
18x9.5 +61, too high of an offset for a fbody

Replicas work better.

Is that with either the 9.5 or 10.5 all around? Or both? And the tire set up of 285x35x18 ok?

DARN! I just bought a set of Z06 Motorsports with tires, pkg. from you guys, and was hoping to have a place to put these!
Well...crap, I guess I'll have to try and sell them now. Hoping to avoid that ordeal. Oh well...

Thanks for your help.

Possibly both, more than likely not, the 10.5's for sure.

Well your front wheel tire is OK, the rear, 315, will be tough, especially with the limited offests of the Vette wheels, and if you are lowered . . . One thing in your favor, you havea Firebird, wich has ever so slightly wider rear quarters . . .

What are the wheel sizes and offsets of the factory OEM ZO6 Rims? Will they fit an f-body?

Todd, you guys still have Black Z06 motorsports in stock, especially in a 50-54mm offset? I can't find them when I do a search.

Which is the better offset for 18x10.5 Z06 replicas...50mm or 53mm? I plan to use a 305/35 Nitto DR in the rear. Is that tire to tall to fit good?

If you can get 50mm, you will be happier -

Just remember the smaller the offset the further the wheel moved outward, 38mm is the absolute smallest offset I would ever recommend.

Also please note, if you are lowered the smaller offset increases the possibility of the tire contacting the wheel well lip.

Why?

How I understand it as of now - The 50mm will move the wheel closer to the lip, while the 53mm will move the wheel away from the lip, but closer to the inner fender wheel wheel? So wouldn't the 53mm be better, or does that hit the inner fender wheel wheel?

I'm sorry, I don't even know what the stock offset is, so I will just ask. My friend is trading in a ’93 vette. It has the 285/40/17’s I have an opportunity to get these for nothing. We will just swap before he trades. Will these fit my stock chrome wheels from my SS and will my 275/40/17’s fit his stock wheels? I really don’t want to take a hammer to my car. I need to move on this deal quick, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes

Yes, but a difference of 3mm isn't a whole lot, 1/8" . . . so it too will more than likely contact the wheel well lip, but gives you an 1/8" more "room"

Either will honestly work well. The 58mm 10.5" wheel, which is pretty common, will rub the inner wheel well, the others, likey will not, but in turn increase the possibility of the tire contacting the wheel well lip. My 38 mm offset 10.5" wheel w/ 295/35ZR18's only contact the wheel well lip on the passenger side of the car, over some bumps, lowered 1" . . . just FYI
