Can a spare tire cause the alignment to be off?

Can a spare tire cause the alignment to be off?

The gf got a flat in her 01 mustang. It's the front right wheel, and the car pulls to the right. Is this bc of the smaller from tire?

does it pull to the right with the spare on there, if so, then yes because the spare is smaller diameter than the left side

Yeah. It's pulling to the right, just wanted to make sure that was prob the reason why it was pulling.
