Default Advice needed on Rim and Tire package for my stock 35th Anniversity SS

I am looking to install a new set of rims and tires on my completely stock 35th anniversary edition Camaro.

I would like to run these OEM rims:

18" Corvette C6 Z06 Deep Dish Replica Wheels - Chrome -17x9.5 -18x10.5-SET

with a set of these tires:

Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 front 275/40ZR-17 and back 285/35ZR18

I would like to achieve a more agressive stance for the car especially when viewed from behind. Will this rim come out farther into the wheel well and fill it more? The off set is REAR WHEEL OFFSET: 56mm.

Does this combination of rim and tire make sense and has anyone out there seen/have pics of this combination on a 4th Gen Camaro?

I did but I could not find any photos with that combo - too specific I guess.

Should be going at least 295 out back. You will need spacers to make it look aggressive, thats the problem with vette wheels, crazy high offset. I use a 25mm on my TA, but I hear 1/4" looks good on camaros.

you need to get 295/35's or 305/30's for the stance like your gonna want it on those rears. 285's dont look any bigger than factory. Also a 1/4" spacer will get the 56mm offset wheels right to the fender perfectly.

Thanks for the info. I was able to connect with OE and they agreed with both of your comments although they said nothing about the spacer.

my recomendation for rear tires would be toyo proxes tq. i ordered those just now for my 18x10.5 and i paid 228 a tire and thats for a dr.

for my car i ordered 2.5" arp studs, with 7/16" spacers and they seem to fit the way i want them.
