GSD3's are good street tires - they run WIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIDE though.

I was running 315's in the back. I could either go to a smaller size for the GSD3's, or go back to Nitto's. I went back to Nitto's, mainly because my car is no longer a daily driver, so I don't have to worry about the slickness of the Nittos on cold or wet days.

If you do run 315's, you'll need to do a lot of fender rolling and panhard adjustment to make the GSD3's work. At least for my car - apparently these cars are all a little different when it comes to things like that.

he was looking at 245's and u had 315s so if u stick with the 245 u wont have any problems, but with 400whp and a tire that skinny not being a DR u might have some traction issues

I have run three sets of GS-D3's and have never rolled the fenders...they are the widest 315's on the market...I had to grind down the bump stop but like the man said these cars a all a little different...the GS-D3 is a excellent tire they are the best all around all weather high performance tire in my opinoin...very very good in the rain almost impossible to hydroplane them...

i wouldnt say they run wide. i had a set of 295's on a 10.5" rim and they didnt look wide to me at all. i now have a 315 on the same wheel and i still didnt need to roll my fenders and im lowered.

If you put the 315's on the correct size wheel (a 12 inche wide wheel) you will see what I am talking about....the GS-D3 Good year is the widest 315 on the market.

I am a huge fan of the Toyo Proxes TQ drag radials. They would work perfect at your power level, and work well in cold/wet conditions too. You are really going to want a drag radial if you want to be able to get on it below 45mph. The Toyo's will only last around 10k miles, but they are pretty cheap.

295 with a 7.75" bs on a 10.5 wheel
is about the limit as far as getting away with no rubbing.

still not a bad idea to roll the rear quarter lips,
it's a cheap insurance policy against getting your sidewall.

I rent the roller tools
so I can help you out if you wanted to roll them

no 295's will definately not fit the stock 16" wheels they are too narrow.

I got 295 on 18's in back and don't rub and I'm dropped 2". I have to agree with the running wide. I got 275 on a 17 in the front and they even look kinda big:>
