What backspacing should i run for skinnys up front?

What backspacing should i run for skinnys up front? Im looking to put billet specialties 15x4s and 15x10s on my 95 z28 and want to know what backspacing i should get for the front. Im pretty sure for the back people are say 7.5 but that could be wrong. let me know. Also, whats the most rubber i can get under the rear with a stock rear. I heard 275s but lemme know what you know
