Default Anyone have an email addy for Weld racing? Weld RTS problem...

I bought the weld RTS wheels and need to email them a pic. I'll post it here and ask what you all think.. I tried there forum but I can't post a picture yet and trying to send a msg to them on there main page didn't work...

This is the RT's with the black centers. Right under the black center is what looks like machining marks. I don't think it should be there....also the fronts are fine its just the rear....

Hmmm, hard to tell from your pics, but these wheels are most likely machine polished, so they wont be perfect, mine werent, but some very minor polishing with Mothers Billet Polish, worked great, something that minor, I would handle myslef without having to worry about sending the wheel back

I may try and use a little polish. I don't have any around at the moment....

The whole rim needs polished again. As you said its not perfect as it has water spots and other little spots on the wheel.

That mothers "Billet" is the best I have used, not just the regular mothers, its crap, this stuf is like 9$ for just a little jar, it is far and away better than the regular mothers.

I'll try that out.

I had some homemade stuff I used before...

It was some of the best polish I've ever used. The guy I got it from was a friend of a friend, so i'm not sure how to get a hold of him. He was a truck driver and used it on his rims, tank, etc, etc...

I wasn't worried about the water spots, etc....Its the machining looking mark that Im worried about...The mark on my rim(s) has a very slight groove to it. It almost looks like it needs very slight sanding then polishing. That's why I want to email them a picture of it. One wheel is worse than the other as well. Its hard to get it to show up in the picture though...

Anyone have an email addy for Weld racing? Weld RTS problem...-p1020117.jpg

In this picture I've circled the places I'm talking about.

On this rim you can see how it has a mark, then a space and then the mark again. On the other rim its almost a continuous mark.
