Hey guys,

I'm getting tires for my stock 2000 camaro base rims. I believe the stock rims are 16x8. Would I be able to fit 255/55/R16 tires on them? Or do I have to settle for 345/55/R16? The back i know is going to be fine, just not sure about the front.

Yeah i currantly am running the bfg g sport 255's all around have been since i bought the car, and i corner (drift) like a **** so they'll stay on

255s are good all around. IIRC i think up to 285s? fit on the front. i know 275 will fit no problem

255/50, not 255/55... maybe a 275/45, if its made... wouldn't go wider on the 8" rim

BFG radials TA
recommended for 8-10 inch wheel.

I had em. a lil BFH will be required.

Think he's talking all around, and yeah it's gunna be 255/50/16. What brand you looking at op? Last I checked the bfg is the only one that makes that size
