What type of wheel locks are these, and where can I find a key/socket?

I haven't seen this type of splined lug before, and walking through parts stores, I haven't found anything similar either. Just curious if y'all knew off-hand what type this is, and where I can get a key. I plan to start driving to wheel/tire shops when I have time.
P.O. rotated the tires wrong, one of the rears is backwards. Needless to say, scary as hell in the rain.

you probably gonna have to have them removed and buy another set of lugs with keys. unless you have the mfg code that comes with the locks you cant order new ones. pound on a cheap thinwall socket to remove the old lugs.

So it's a factory one? And if so, where would I find the mfg code?
Not a big deal if I have to get them off the hard way and use regular lugs... Not like anyone steals 16s these days.
