19x10's

Just looking for a little help. I want to go with 19x10's all the way around on my 02 WS6. I was thinking a 285 or 295 tire. In a little while I also want to put koni's and strano's on it. What problems will I run into? Or any recommendations. I know I am going to sacrifice some ride quality, but will I get it back with suspension upgrades?

you will be able to run 295's out back.. i have zero issues.. no bfh.. i just bolted in my ruffs with no problems or rubbing..
