Default 28x12.50 ET Streets

I have a 98 ss camaro and was going to get some mickey thompsons ET streets and they are 28x12.50 on a 15inch rim. Will these fit or will there be rubbing due to them being so wide.

I previously had my fenders rolled so mines didnt rub. The only problem I am having is a braking issue. My brake pedal gets really hard and its hard to stop I think its a vacuum problem due to my cam though
