Default Put Weld RT-S Wheels on my 2001 Formula (fronts rub tho)

Got these a few weeks ago and got them on.

15x4 1.5" BS front w/ 26X6.00R15 MT Sportsman S/R
15x10 7.5" BS back w/ 28 x 10 MT DR

Had to grind a little bit off the back calipers for it to clear. Fronts went on fine..

Ive only driven on them about 20 miles. Having a problem with the fronts rubbing. You'll be able to see in the pictures that when turning the tire is against the plastic. On the right side, it actually rubbed a hole through the plastic.

Car and wheels were filthy but pics came out okay. Half way through I realized I forgot to throw the license plate cover in there.

Anyone else had problems with fronts rubbing? Might be going down to a small tire in the front.

Car looks good..weird about the front tires though, they look stupid tall for only being 26s..the side view makes it look like there's no height difference between the front and rear tires.

Very odd.. I'll be watching, cause I was going to buy the same rims.. I currently run a 15x4 rim with a 1.75 BS, exact same tires(diff rims).. I have never had an issue with rubbing... Going to wait on the findings before I order mine.. Good luck..

Ive got softer springs on the front. I'll let you know if I figure something out before just buying smaller tires

Damn those are sexy!

I like your exhaust too. Is that a single turn down, or is there one on the pass side too? I dig that look..simple, but kinda mean looking as well.

Looks sweet, sorry about the rubbing. I am runnign a 165/80 Kuhmo on the front with lots of room. Stock height though. If you end up switching to a smaller tire I might be interested in your fronts.

Damn, Aaron! Is that tire really only 26" tall? My Sportsmans don't rub anything.
