Street tires for GTO Spares?

Street tires for GTO Spares? I know guys are running M/H tires for the front at the track. What about street tires? Would this set up go well with MT Et streets in the rear? Would the car be unstable with a street radial up front and drag radial out back.
Due to the lighter weight spares up front I would Like to DD the car. Can this be done correctly thanks?
