That's strange since I have a S60 cut 2" on each side and my BS SL has the same 5.5 bs and it fits perfectly...not cutting only a little BFH for my 28" tires to grow with on the top end.

Cut the bumpstops (pretty much a pre-req on big wheels/tires) and run a tire with a smaller section, but the same tread. Offset spacers on the LCAs if needed... 1/4 inch spacer if needed. You're gonna over shoot the fix with 4.5 BS... .5 under backspaced doesn't sound like a lot, but trust me... It's the difference between well tucked and a 4th gen tractor. It's MUCH easier to push it out slightly than pull it back in.

For what it's worth my rear end is narrowed 3" per side and I run 15"x10" RTS's with 5.5" back spacing and 1/4" spacer. I have M/T 295/55/15 E/T Street Drag Radials. I cut off the bump stops and "massaged" the inner fender. IMO 4.5" back spacing isn't enough to "tuck" the wheels under the fender and looks odd. The OP should have even MORE room than me since his axle is .5" per side wider than mine. From looking at the OP's pictures it seems to me that either his axle is narrowed more than 2.5" per side or his wheels have more than 5.5" of back spacing. Here are some pics of mine for reference:

don't mind the rusty panhard bar... got a new one on the way...i put it on to make sure it was center and the rear end was dead center....looks like with the 4.5 bs i need to cut the bump stop flush and do some hammer work and i will be good!
