Black C6 replicas on a GTO. So after much deliberation, I decided on a set of black C6 replica wheels in sizes 17x8.5 +56 offset and 17x9.5 +54 offset. Tires are 245/45 in the front and 275/40 in the rear. High offsets, especially in the front are death for GTOs...but these only took a 5mm spacer up front for clearance. I think it looks really good, I love the IBM |
Wow looks a lot better then I was thinking it would |
Nice but 18's in that style would look even better. Blue goats are sweet with a nice wheel on it. |
That looks sweet as hell. |
Is your suspension stock? I had the exact same idea, although I was considering 17x8.5's in front and 18x9.5's in back. Hopefully I have a little extra room thanks to the coilovers I'm running. How does it ride? Any vibrations/rubbing? |
My suspension is stock except for some pedders springs. With coilovers you should be able to fit those sizes without any spacers. I am actually battling some wheel shake on the highway, but I've had these checked and balanced and it's not the cause. Probably my spacers is what's causing that, but like I said before you shouldn't need to run spacers so you're good. |
