OE Wheels 17x9.5 ZR1s on 97 Z So, I'm a newbie on here, but I've owned my 97 for 12 years. I bought 4 OE Wheels 17x9.5 ZR1s I'm painting white and putting on my 30th. I test-fit one on the RF tonight before having the tires put on the wheels tomorrow. It came close as hell to the steering knuckle, even with no tire on it.
I assume this is normal? I didn't realize until tonight my stock SS wheels on my 00 are a half inch narrower. I noticed there is significantly more clearance on my SS than these wheels have on my Z. I assume I am being neurotic, and that eveything will be ok...right?
