17's but the tires will be way more expensive!

I personally don't like the 17 and 15 look but i think your car looks great the way it is!

Ryans_pewter_ss Mar 16, 2013 05:04 PM

Thanks for the replies, I'm thinking about just going with 15's, I plan on racing some this year

17" fronts FA SHO. Every car I own has a set of 17" fronts LOL!

If you wanna do it on a budget just paint the front lips black ala Stangkiller's silver 4th gen

i freaking love the alumstar 17's wish i could find some used! hard for me to fork over that much for a wheel

Firebirdmuscle Mar 20, 2013 12:22 AM

IMO if your set on the alumastar front the 17" looks better than the 15" to me

Rise of the Phoenix Mar 20, 2013 10:08 AM

I like the look of 17's better too, but what you have now looks KILLER.

Blackpanther99 Mar 20, 2013 11:49 AM

Looks badass just the way it is man. ;)

You can't beat the 17" front alumastars. I just sold my bogart d10s and bought the polished set for the front. Waiting on my weld rts now for the rear.

supernaturalta Mar 22, 2013 05:02 AM

Go with the 15. It will look right with the diameter matching the rear. The 15 is also a bit lighter than the 17, your choice of tires is always better on the 15, and as already mentioned both the wheel/tire are cheaper in the 15. The only real case you could make for the 17 is if you needed them to clear your brakes.

Car looks great ryan, but i agree 17 inch fronts make the whole look imo, more money yes but for sure better looks

Camaro396 what tire sizes are you running? I'm so torn on the 15/17. It looks funny on some cars and good on others. Like it needs a little more tire on the front. Does anyone know if there is a 27" tall 17" front runner?

That_One_Person Apr 28, 2013 08:14 PM

I normally like the 17/15 setup more, but with your car I think the 15/15 setup would look better.

Ryans_pewter_ss May 29, 2013 11:41 AM

Thanks for all the responces, Sorry I've been working a lot and have the car in the paint shop. I'm still up in the air about it

Rise of the Phoenix May 29, 2013 12:28 PM

I'm telling you man, the setup you have right now looks so good. I wouldn't change a thing.

25thhawk May 29, 2013 04:16 PM

I like the setup you have now. Interested in the what you have on the rear, are they double beadlocks? What brake setup do you have? If stock did they clear without grinding? Thanks

Thanks a lot! Rears are single beadlock, I have wilwood drag brakes, they wouldn't clear stocks
