Depends on the offset. I don't know why he went so narrow with HREs on a Z06? But I think for it to fit the fender flares, you'd need an offset closer to an F-Body. So if he was in the 38-44mm range on the 19x10s it would work. Fronts should work. I think they are a little lower than the typical C5/C6 offset, but that'd still put it closer to an idea "F-Body offset."

I know my 18x11 is a +43 in the rear and "fit fine" with some hammer adjustments. You will want to roll your fenders for sure if you are lowered...as you should be anyway wanting to roll out on HRE's

I believe you need to run a big spacers in the fronts
like 1" or 1 1/4" something in the ball park

It just depends on what the offsets are in the front. I have no idea how far off they are from f-body though.

Unless the guy went and bought Fbdy wheels to put on his Z
All the late model Z fronts are way tucked in

I have HRE wheels off a 2007 vette as well. They are 18x9.5 in front and 18x10.5 in the rear. Not sure on the offsets other than they were made for a vette. The fronts fit great. The rears needed a hammer and 2x4 in the fender wells and it is still a tight fit.

The only time they every rub is when I go into a driveway at an angle. I'm on stock suspension as well, the 18's fill it up good enough.
