Default opinions on tires and sizes too fill rear end!

Hey guys. I'm new to sight I haven't introduced myself yet. But I will. Right now I'm looking to buy new tires or might buy wheels and tires. Right now I have a 99 ws6 with ligenfelter 18" rims with 295-35-18. For these wheels I would like a wide and taller side wall to fill the gap between tire and quarter. Otherwise the wheels are for sale or trade. If interested I will give more info. I'm new and might not be in the right area of forum but bare with me. As I do apologize
Thanks.

It's gonna depend on the width of your wheels, which I don't see. Backspacing will also factor in, as will rear suspension setup. Are you stock height, or dropped? I'm by no means an expert on what will or won't fit, but I know you need more info to get a solid answer.

For what it's worth, I have 18x10.5s with a standard F-body offset and I run 305/35s with no clearance issues. Pretty sure my shocks are set to stock rear height.

Slowbird, welcome to LS1tech!

Have a look at the sticky in the wheels & tires section of the chassis, suspension & appearance section.

honestly those tires are as close to stock diameter as you can get, which is what you want, if you have to much "wheel gap", you have one of 2 issues, you either need to lower the car or you need an offset that pushes the tires out closer to the edges of the wheel wells.

post a pic of what it looks like, that will help us guide you.

You should think about lowering the car to tighten up the gap,
rather than going larger in diameter.

Besides ending up with the 4x4 look with them larger diameter tires
the fronts will most likely start to rub on the plastic inner fender liner
when going lock to lock.
