Which TT2s? Polished finish or PVD? If it's polished, then luster can be restored with metal polish, so long as it's not pitted.

wet sand then polish

never use ANY wheel cleaner on aluminum wheels that are not clearcoated...wash them with car wash soap and polish them with a good aluminum polish every few months

mothers billet polish with a microfiber will make them look new again. if they are pitted, hit them with a light wet sand. i doubt the mcguires cleaner actually pitted anything.

just give them a good polish and they will be good as new...I have polished aluminum wheels that were 30 years old and rough as a sidewalk with scotch brite pads and mothers aluminum polish (there are better polishes out now, currently been using Blingmaster but Adams seems to be the new best)

you could probably get them done in about 20 minutes per wheel with a power ball

You only need soap and water for uncoated aluminum wheels. A polish should bring them back to new.

I used this on my TT2's inbetween polishing to clean them. Had no problems with the finish. They use to sell it at Summit I couldn't find it anymore.

Adams Deep Wheel Cleaner works great on polished aluminum. Wouldn't use anything else.

Some metal polish should get them clean once again. Mothers makes good metal polishes for over the counter.

All wheel and tire cleaner should only be used on factory clear coated wheels or aftermarket clear coated wheels as well a being ok for chrome.

For aluminum the only wheel cleaner that you should use is either this or soap and water if you have maintained them very well.

The color changing wheel cleaners are also ok as they have a PH around 7. But as always read the instructions on how to use them.

I would recommend P21 polishing soap (http://www.autogeek.net/p153.html) and P21S Multi-Surface Finish Restorer (http://www.autogeek.net/p2mulfinres.html). Then follow up with a sealant such as BLACKFIRE Wet Diamond Metal Acrylic Sealant (http://www.autogeek.net/blackfire-al...l-sealant.html) or Surf City Garage Diamond Edge Wheel Wax (http://surfcitygarage.com/car-care/t...wheel-wax.html) which you can pick up locally at pep boys.

I just use soap and water to clean my TT2s. I did pick up some white diamond polish. I hope it works great.
