ZR1 rims 17x10.5... Need tires and info I got rid of the TA, but got a 94 Z28 and it came with the rims. I've been told to put 305/40r17's on it. But I have no idea what I'm getting my self into when it comes to everything I need to know about it. Help plz

Right now it has M/T 17x10.5's on it... going to take them off tho and they are new too. probably sell them IF I can. But I'm doing head gaskets (overhauling it) right now and have a little time to get it right.

I have ZR1's 17x10.5 Deep Dish on the rear or my T/A with 315/35/17 Tires. Everything fits fine for me even though I have lowering springs but haven't put them on yet. Get ready to grind the bump stop brackets and get a BIG hammer and beat your inner wheel wells a little.
Even though it sounds bad it isn't, I believe the work is well worth the reward in the looks department and traction.
