fitting c6 z06 18 × 12 345s
Just like the title says i found a local set of wheels for sale. i tried fitting them on but it looks like the only thing in the way is the bump stop and the bottom corner of inner fender well which can definitely be hammered in. Now my question is can i bang the entire bump stop assemly back further or do you think removing it would be okay? The bump stops not their any more its worn completely flush with the mount. What do you guys think?

A Detailer I know has the same setup on the rear of his camaro. Only he's running 295s, which is dumb to run that small of a tire on those wheels.
Anyway he had a shop install them and they mini tubbed the rear, I'm not sure if that was necessary or not tho.

My bump stops have been off for 8ish years and I've never had a problem. I've ran 17x11 with a 315/35/17 and a 15x10 with a 325/50/15 and never had any issues. The fender lip has been rolled and the inner fender area has been beat in as much as possible.
Do the 345s stick out at all past the fender? I remember seeing a few guys who were able to fit 345s on a firebird/TA, but if this is a Camaro they might stick out and if you hit a bump hard enough you could slice the tire on the fender lip.
