Default which hub adapter should I buy?

I think I'm set on getting a Sparco R375 wheel, but I'm not sure which hub adapter would be best suited for me? I'm not planning on getting a quick release as I don't believe I'd really have any use for it. I'm wondering would just having a short hub be to short?

MOMO short hub #2401 here, I think it puts the wheel in the perfect position for me.
