Default My Yearly New Wheels...Forgelines!

So I think if I buy another set of wheels I am going to see Divorce papers from my wife, this is the 7th set of wheels on this car since I have owned it (since 2001). Third set of Forgeline's but I "think" this WILL be the last, I just didn't like the Forgestars that I bought last year. No lip was killing me, so I went with the most EXTREME that I could. I narrowed the rear end 4.25" per side, and with the mini-tubed setup I decided to try and fit a 28.5" tall rear tire. The setup is...
Forgeline CV3C deep concave front and rear, black pearl outer hoops (tinted clear over polished aluminum) and matte black centers.
19x10 with 7.25" BS (1" outer hoop) and 275/35R19 Nitto NT05 (26.5" tall)
20x12 with 4.875" BS (5.5" outer hoop) and 315/35R20 Nitto NT05 (28.5" tall)

Now all I have to do is rebuild the engine!!!

OK, I love the wheel choice. How much did those run you? Can they be procured in a size that doesn't require a mini-tub or narrowing the rear end?

Lastly, that's the first good looking pop-up headlight delete I've ever seen. Well done.

I quiver to type how much these wheels and tires cost...lets just say the wheels alone were in the upper $5k range add in $1k tires and you can sense my pain. Forgelines are extremely expensive, but they are some of the nicest wheels I have ever seen and they are used on MANY high end pro-touring builds. I have 2 other sets, one for my 1969 Camaro, the other I am not sure what they will be used on yet.

That is the beauty of 3 piece wheels is they can be ordered in pretty much any width and offset to fit your car. My front wheels are the smallest outer hoop available, so 7.25" BS on a 10" rim is the furthest out these concave centers can go.

Thanks for the props on the headlight setup, it was a ton of work and time to get it done and done right.

Haven't been on this site much in years. Cool to see you are still playing with your car after all these years. Setup looks killer. At some point I will redo my car with a narrowed rear. Maybe another set of iforged or something else. Always thought the concavity would look great on these cars
