98-02 TA, will these wheels sit flush?
Currently on my 98 TA I have C7 Z06 Replica wheels. 18x8.5 +56 Front, 18x10.5 +56 Rear. I'm wanting to get new wheels because I'm running spacers to make my current setup run flush with the fenders, and I'm not really feelin that. These new wheels I'm looking at are 18x8.5 +30 Front, 18x9.5 +36 Rear.
My question is, would these sit outside the fenders? If so, I wont be interested.
Thanks in advance for any help. Full disclosure I'm a total noobie when it comes to wheel fitment.

Those rear wheels would definitely stick out more than most. They have 6 11/16" backspacing, which isn't a lot. Question.....why wouldn't you go 9.5 on all 4 corners so you can rotate tires, and not mess with your ABS and traction control?

As for rotating, can't say I've ever done that with any performance car, even if the tire sizes matched.

great tool to understand wheel fitment
but yes... you'll be nearly flush with fenders and qtr panels with +36 offset and 275 width tires. They will not sit outside.
I run four 285/35's with +38 wheels on my camaro. No fitment issues. Your car has wider fender and qtrs... less aggressive fitment too, no issues should be had.
as already stated, square is a more optimal setup. better handling balance for car. rotation ability
