Hurst Dazzler rim size Help 97/TA 17's

Would any body know off hand what the rim size specs would be on a 17X9 to get with the Hurst dazzler wheels and what tire size would work without doing any other mods to the car. { They are for a b day gift for my brother and i am not familiar with the rims specs for his car } 1997 Trans Am
