Default Help with shank lug nuts please.

I recently purchased a second hand drag pack of racestar wheels and tires from another fellow ls1tech member. After receiving shipment in the mail I realized several lugs and what appears to be spacers and some type of shims missing. I’ve never dealt with shank lug nuts before so please don’t haze me for asking but can anyone give a brief description as to the order these get installed? These are f body spec wheels 15x10 7.5 bs. rear end is qp 9 inch stock width. Also I noticed some shims are still lodged stuck in the wheels I will work on trying to get them out but in the mean time not really sure or the order of instal. I will be ordering a new set for front and rear but before I do I’m just not sure what sizes to order and and the order of install. The wheels studs are 1/2 inch on the rear and stock up front. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!

Just not really sure about it. These are f body spec wheels 15x10 7.5 bs. rear end is qp 9 inch stock width. Install washer onto shank lug with the wheel side of the washer pointing towards the spacer.

Lug, washer then spacer installed onto the wheel studs so it's the spacer that should be making contact with the rim.
