Nitto 555R2 305/45R17

Looking at upgrading my rear tires, looking to see if anybody has had any luck running these or has any pictures of them on their car.
Thanks!

The new 555R2 are great. They perform as good, if not better than the nt05r does, plus the wet road performance benefit.

I have Nitto 555 G2s on the front of my SS, and 555R2s on the rear, and so far I've managed a decent 1.82 60' time with a stick shift. They simply hook up. My car is 4000 lbs. race weight, and is mild with only a cam and bolt ons, so I'm sure it could be quicker off the line with more power. You will definitely be happy with these tires.

Has anyone actually run them on 17x11s on an F-Body and had them fit? Thats my biggest concern.

I'm curious about that too. I'm about to go to the 17x9.5 and 17x11 stagger.

I suppose I'm right behind you as my tires don't have many miles left on them. Please keep me posted with specs .... etc.

My car is at the body shop still getting repaired from when I got t-boned. As soon as I get them mounted up and everything I will update.
