is it true that some ss's came with... came with fiske's? i read in the new gm high performance magazine that a few 1999 ss's came with them from the factory. |
No direct from GM, I don't think. They were the special edition vehicles sold through some dealerships. Maybe the Dick Harrell (sp?) editions... Taco |
that's :bs: no f-body's came with fiske's from the factory |
2002 Berger SS's came with FIKSE's. |
the ss in the magazine didnt say anything about being a special vehicle of any kind. come on 777, your trying to tell me that you dont subscribe to the best 4th gen mag? |
I saw that too in GMHTP and had my doubts....I assume they're counting the Berger cars? Post this in the Camaro Forum and see what kind of responses you get :) |
yea the Berger SS had a option I believe for the Fikse's.... |

The question was "from the factory". Zero SS's came from the factory with Fikse's. There is no RPO code for Fikse. Bergers are not factory, they are nice aftermarket conversion cars. |
i think Xsta Z 28 would know wht hes talking about he only has one.... |

yeah...i was referring to "from the factory" not a berger car...and 2002z28 i don't have a subscription to gmhtp...:bang: i knew i was needing to do something haha |
I read the same thing and went  |
The Berger SS came with Fikse FM/5 wheels...the magazine says that "Believe it or not these FM/10 wheels came on a limited amount of Camaro SSs, and thankfully the salesman didn't know just how rare they were." I have never heard of a dealer or factory option for FM/10s. |
