Default FYI ZR1 + 315 weight

just took off my back wheels and weighed them...
I have chrome 17x11 ZR1s and 315/35R17 Nitto DRs with %90 tread. The tires were aired up and ballanced
They weighed 53.5 and 54 lbs.

Wow, heavy! I am going to take my ZR1s off this weekend to get new tires mounted on them. When I do that I'll be weighing the rim alone, and then with the tires. They are SUCH a B to get back on the bolts lol

Im sure they hurt the performance but I gained a lot of performance because of the much increased traction. Personally I think the pros (looks, traction) outweigh the cons (weight), especially since its a daily driver street car.
Maybe the OEM rims weigh less than the replicas, I dont know
