Default i really want fm5s!!!

is there anywhere i could get these used? i really want them b/c they look so nice on f-bodys, but i just cant afford them. ive got around 2 grand that i could spend on rims if the opportunity was presented to me. anyone know where i could get some 17x11s and 17x9.5s for a litle over 2 grand or so w/o tires???

CCW classics could work. Problem with those is they are love/hate. You either love 'em or you hate 'em. They look NOTHING like the FM5s (judging by your post, that's a bad thing), but then again they are about half the price and a great wheel (what I'm going with next). They could accomidate your sizing needs as well I'm sure. Search ask.com for their site, they aren't a sponsor so I can't give you the link. Good luck.

see, the thing is i love the simpleness of the fm5s. when i saw them on the zl1s i fell in love with them. the ccws i was looking at for a while, but they just...well they look obviously aftermarket. the Fm5s are just so raw looking...i dunno what i'm trying to say. lol thanks for the advice, but i really have my heart set on the Fms (unless there is somthing that looks alot like them)

I've seen several sets for sale that are all 17x9.5 but never a 17x11 set in the rear, otherwise I would probably pick them up. Most people ask around 1800-2200 for a set of fm5 w/o tires (that is, of course, if you want just the 9.5 all the way around)

yes they can, but expensive... pretty much as expensive as getting a new wheel.

You should call Thunder Racing, they sell them and had the best price. Your not that far away from purchasing them new. I dealt with Paul and he hooked me up. Worth a shot.
