Default What rims do I need for 275 Nittos and who sells them?

Just like the title says. I am in desperate need of stickier tires due to a TCI 3500 torque converter. I decided to just put on some Nitto 555R drag radials as my compromise street/strip tire. I read that the 245 50/16's are a waste of money because the traction is still minimal for that size tire. I'm not concerned with looks so any rim is fine with me (I like the way my stock rims shine up)

If I want to put on 275 40/17 then what size rims do I need to buy?

Do I need to upgrade all 4 rims or will just the back two be sufficient?

Do rim and tire size changes affect speedo or is that just gear swaps?

Who sells the rims I need (other then ebay)

Thanks in advance for any help with my questions.

Go with a 9 1/2" rim. They are alot of choices in that size also.

For nitto 275's i would do a 8-9.5 inch rim. Nittos run small so anything bigger might be pushing it.

You don't need to upgrade the front rims, but it would look and perform better if you did.

Only a tire that is taller or shorter will effect the speedo. The 245/50/17, 27/40/17 and 315/35/17 are all the same 25.7" tall so they are all factory diameter.
