How much grinding to fit prostars?

How much grinding to fit prostars? I have been hearing a lot about having to grind a ton on your calipers to fit 15x3.5 Weld Prostars on an LS1.Please tell me just how much grinding is neccessary to fit these. Also is there any grinding needed to fit 15x8 or 15x9 on the rear?
