i rolled the fender, i didn't cut it. you can roll the fender different ways. some people just beat the hell out of it, but the way i like is to grab it with vise grips and bend it up, then if you wanna roll it further, you can beat on it some. it's gonna flake some of your paint off, but it's up under there where no one will see anyway. I guess you could cut them if you wanted to, like with an air powered cutting wheel, or die grinder or something.

what works good when using the vise grips is, wrap some electrical tape around the jaws of the vise grips so that they dont bite into your paint when you use them. It makes the end result look a little cleaner

Thats one thing that kind of worries me..the fender problem...quick question :
Pardon my noobieness, but when you vice gripped the fender, did you grip the actual painted fender on the bottom/outside where you can see it while standing beside the car, or somewhere up underneath?...I'm confused...
