Nitto DR's

Hi guys I was just wonder how Nitto DR's are for daily driving? I might be getting a pair for the rear when i buy my new ZR-1's soon. My questions are 1.) how are they in the rain? 2.) lets say i'm just crusing on the street and come to a stop and GT stang pulls up wanting some and i don't have time to heat them up, will they still grip pretty good w/o heating them up from a stop? or should i just get GS-D3's?(btw I'll have a 3200stall soon but not for another 4 to 6 months yet 3.) how long will these tires last if i went to the track twice this summer with 2 to 3 runs each?

thanx guys I really need your help on this one :)

for daily driver and miles, you need nittos. but on the street, without heating them up, they will grip a little better than any street tire. you'll get 10-15,000 miles out of them. if you're looking for traction without heat up, get mickey t's but dont expect the milage, expect more like 5,000 miles.

I have a set of polished zr1's im selling if youd like. PM if you are interested. Oh and I have nittos and I love em. Granted they wont stick to thier potential if you dont heat them up right, they still hook nicely.
