tire balancing question
 

Just ordered some new tires, and before I have them mounted/balanced on my stock 10-spoke SS rims I was wondering the difference between the two types of balancing weights. There's the ones that hammer onto the lip of the rims, and there's the kind that stick onto the inside of the wheel hoop. So what are the pros / cons of the two types?

Hammer on weights allow for a better balance because they are further away from the center of the wheel. Stick on weights look better and IMO have less of a chance of coming off, but provide a slightly worse balance.
