335's and a BFH?

Someone please help to understand using a BFH. Do you just bang the hell out of the wheel wells which allows the wide rubber to fit? The reason i ask is because i have an oppertunity to pick up some 335/30/18's. I worried that i will not be able to get them to fit properly. Is there a particular area i should bang with the hammer? Also, i'm having my rear wheels widened. should i have them widened to 18x11 or 18x12 to fit the 335's? Any help is appreciated. As you can see, i'm clueless. Thank you.

You'll have to do alot more than bfh for 335s. Ask me how I know. Rolled fender lips, cut out bump stop, cut lca's, and BFH till the cows come home.

Thanks for the info. This is what i was afraid of. The BFH and cutiing out the bump stop i could do, but rolling the fender lips and cutting the lca's is a different story. I guess i have alot more research and planning to do than i thought :( .

Talk to 69TA cause he rents his fender roller out for cheap and you can avoid cutting up lca's by buying aftermarket thin tubular ones.
