Black TTII's

Ive seen a few people with TTII with the spokes powder coated black. Can you buy the wheels directly somewhere like that or is that something you have to get done seperately after you buy the wheel?

You have to get it done seperatly, i think the closeest they come in is a gunmetal color, like they did on the blackbirds.
